Prices for services, plans, top-up amounts, add-ons, and related fees are displayed on the applicable product, checkout, quote, contract, or billing pages.

Unless otherwise stated, additional charges may include consumption tax or other applicable taxes, payment processing fees if applicable, and communication, internet, or third-party service fees borne by the user.

Available payment methods may include credit or debit cards, third-party payment services, bank transfer where applicable, and prepaid balance or auto top-up where applicable.

The actual methods available are those displayed at checkout.

One-time purchases are charged when the purchase is confirmed. Auto top-up is charged when the balance falls below your configured threshold. Subscription or periodic billing follows the applicable plan, billing cycle, or contract terms.

Digital services are generally made available immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Certain enterprise features, private deployments, custom services, or reviewed features may require additional confirmation before delivery.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, digital services, incurred usage charges, completed top-ups, and services already provided are generally non-refundable.

Auto top-up can be disabled before the next charge. Charges already incurred are not automatically refunded upon suspension or cancellation.
